The Criminal Activity of Jennifer Palmier, Tara McGuinness & Progressive Media

March 10, 2009

To everyone and anyone who believe in the fundamental values our nation was founded on and for? It seems we may have just caught the snake.  Those responsible for the coordinated and systematic attacks made against private citizens to push a agenda. These people are SICK! Attacking those in your own country? Your own military?  You mean to say we can fight for it but we CAN’T have it ourselves? I am in the military, not a elected official.  I have the RIGHT to disagree!   These people are a literal DISGRACE.  WE are CITIZENS! Not the damn Taliban!!  We live here too you fools.  We are NOT  the damn enemy!  How can anyone justify this?  Especially considering the abuse of accessing information they had NO RIGHT to do!  This is sickening. My country.  Our country.  Is this what we have come too?  It shouldn’t matter WHAT party you belong to!  Right now WE ALL should be furious.    I am literally stunned that they are BRAGGING about what they do!  I am FURIOUS right now!  And the only thing keeping me here still on Fort Bragg and not looking for a lawyer for legal council is that I have zero idea where this organization is located. I wish to god they could be prosecuted in a military court and thrown in Gitmo!  Below, is only part of there explanation on how they operate.  You can go to Politico and read the rest:

When a new group called Conservative for Patients Rights, for instance, launched an ad campaign featuring former health care executive Rick Scott, “There was a discussion about what do we know about this guy and in a very quick period of time we were able to come up with his background,” she said. The call is hosted by Progressive Media, a project of the CAP Action Fund and the Media Matters Action Fund. The project began last year as a launching pad for attacks on John McCain, but failed to raise money for television advertisements, and served in the later days of the presidential campaign as a platform for disseminating opposition research critical of his policy plans. White House officials do not take part in the calls.

The calls are led by its top staffer, Tara McGuinness, who will also head Progressive Media’s “communications research and analysis war room” to wage spin and policy wars throughout the day, Palmieri said.

The call has proved particularly effective at coordinating attacks on critics, said Jacki Schechner, the national communications director for Health Care for America Now, a labor-backed alliance of groups that support Democratic efforts to expand health care.

“There’s a coordination in terms of exposing the people who are trying to come out against reform —they’ve all got backgrounds and histories and pasts, and it’s not taking long to unearth that and to unleash that, because we’re all working together,” Schechner said.

Center for American Progress?  Jennifer & Tara?  I got a message for you *sweeties*.  I think it is real cute your little *War Room*. But it’s kinda different playing “war games” with one who has actually, like, you know, been to war.  By the time I get finished chewing you up, spitting you out and running you over  you will find out exactly why it is we have broke our *brass ceiling* and you have yet to break your glass one.  In the eleven years I have been in the military I have never witnessed anything such as this.  Bragging about illegal activity aimed at private citizens who have the right to freedom of speech and choice based on what WE do, for our country.  We fight for the people to have the rights we have today and this organization is part of the “team” attempting to take it away.  People shed blood and tears just so you people can wage your little *war games*.

I want these people to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

I had tried explaining to one of my obot relatives that what was done to Joe the Plumber was a sign of what would happen under an Obama administration. That all the man had done was ask a question and then he had his rights and privacy violated. Just for asking a question, which is all he did! I tried telling my relative that if they did it to one average person, then it could happen to the rest of us because that means there are no morals or conscience among those who are feeling so “empowered” they think they are above the law and superior to everyone else. SoldierforHillary, you’ve just showcased another example. Thanks for putting it out there.
